Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to concrete surfaces, ensuring high-quality results. This is a full-time position, and we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and techniques
- Use hand and power tools to shape, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces
- Apply curing compounds or sealants to protect finished surfaces
- Create decorative patterns or textures on concrete surfaces
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or Primavera
- Experience in supervising and managing concrete projects
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
